We must be forward thinking with innovations, evolved business plans and always identify problems within the industry allowing us to focus on solutions. We must never forget to remain disciplined. Driven by these goals we want our customers to entrust us with OSV’s today and integrated logistics solutions tomorrow.

This standard is achieved by implementing our 6 core values known as TIREAS: transparency, integrity, reliability, efficiency, accountability and sustainability. With these 6 pillars firmly embedded in the company’s DNA our customers will recognise AES as a trusted partner that delivers maritime services on a global scale. No compromise should ever be made when it comes to health, safety and the environment. Our goals to this regard should always be zero and if we fail, we must always understand why allowing ourselves to learn from our mistakes. It is vitally important regardless of rank that the TIREAS be abided with honesty and ethical conduct.
