AES’s commitment is to conduct business affairs with the highest ethical standards and there is no tolerance to corruption. Anti -bribery regulations, privacy protection and economic sanctions are followed with strict compliance. The foundation of the company has been built on trust and this is achieved by always maintaining a mutual respect with both our clients and vendors. Our values are important, and we have worked with customers that share these same values. Ethical behaviour is another pillar in AES’s core values, and we do not compromise. These principles are crucial for us to develop long-lasting business transactions with our clients.

Our colleagues are reminded this frequently and we have developed digital tools to assist our business ethics to be abided.

All Energies Services has always treated the OSV sector as a service industry and as such we have focused on building a robust network of clients with a relationship built on trust, integrity, and reliability. Social responsibility is achieved by making a positive impact to all companies we work with whether this be a supplier, a client, or a community. When it comes to social responsibility there are not rankings, and all parties AES works with are collaborated with an equal approach.

Working in many different countries we recognise the importance of culture adaptation, and it is our responsibility to ensure our systems are adapted to operate regardless of the environment we work in. With our employees we strive to pay fair wages and adhere to best industry standard towards health benefits. We want all of our employees to feel empowered, respected, and supported which jointly will help All Energies Services thrive.

A similar approach is taken towards our suppliers as we want to ensure that safety standards and business ethics are kept throughout the supply chain. We believe that reliability of our suppliers is essential towards AES delivering the highest standards.

Working in many different countries AES believed in giving back and supporting communities. From the leadership to the employees, we need to never accept that we are doing enough towards communities and constantly increase the targets so that we deliver towards our committed goals.

Environment

At AES, sustainability is part of our core values. We are conscious of our industry and recognise that efforts need to be implemented to reach sustainability goals. We aim for such targets through innovation, digitalisation, and improvements on human behaviour. We strongly believe that these 3 pillars if implemented efficiently can have the long-term goals we have set. We are committed at refining our standards year on year to reduce the climate related and sustainability risk. Sustainability improvements are not achieved alone, and we collaborate daily with our clients to jointly meet our common objectives.

We have been trying various eco-friendly technologies across the fleet to monitor, analyse and improve of sustainability and environmental performance. The importance of making sustainability improvements within AES is promoted through implemented solutions which are mainly digitalised. Our proactive approach towards Sustainability is measurable through proven actions we have completed over the last few years.

Technology

With technology being a foundation to process improvements All Energies Services has actively been investing to keep at the forefront of the industry’s expectations. Our commitment in technology has been focused on two pillars:

  • Digitalisation. We have over the past few years fully developed through the assistance of Digitall Ocean a fully integrated ERP. This has allowed a real time access to key information’s and metrics of the organisation allowing for faster decisions. In line with many of our customers’ demands our system can also integrate to OSV’s equipped with sensors allowing for live data and recordable data helping us to improve behavior management towards operational decisions.

  • Passenger transfer vessels with higher speed and lower consumption. The long-range passenger transportation segment is one All Energies Services believes a growing demand is on the horizon. Current technologies come with high fuel consumption, heavy CO2 emissions and most of the time uncomfortable journeys. Taking all these factors we have been working jointly with third parties at finding better alternatives. One of those alternatives has arrived in 2024 with a vessel reaching high speeds and low consumptions. We continue to focus on this segment which we will aim to be a market leader.
